the Intel Core i5 13400 performs similarly to the 12600K

The latest Raptor Lake Non-K CPU benchmarks from Intel come from a Vietnamese PC outlet, who compared the Core i5-13400 CPU to the i5-12600K.

Intel's upcoming Core i5-13400 and 13400F indicate the chips could cost less than $250 at launch, making them a strong contender for our list of the best CPUs for gaming.

With rumored performance matching the Core i5-12600K, this pricing would make the i5-13400 a very competitive offering in the mid-range market.

The i5-13400 is expected to cost $243.68, while the F model will be significantly less expensive at $216.16.

In Cinebench R23, Intel Core i5-13400 was around 10% slower than the Core i5-12600K in multi-threaded and 5% slower in single-threaded workloads.

The Intel Core i5-13400 CPU has six P-cores and four E-cores, for a total of ten cores and sixteen threads.

The base clock speed of the CPU is 2.5 GHz, with a boost clock speed of 4.1 GHz across all cores and 4.6 GHz on a single core.
