Andrew stood down from royal public duties following sexual assault allegations from Virginia Giuffre. and inquiry over his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Though he has not confessed to the charges, he did pay Giuffre a $12 million settlement in February after she filed a sexual abuse lawsuit against him.

He was stripped of his military and royal titles and was not permitted to attend his mother's funeral in her military uniform.

King Charles declared to his brother that he would never return to the throne. The king reportedly terminated Andrew's 24-hour security service last month.
