The Haiku Stairs, also known as the Stairs to Heaven, are a staircase that leads to the summit of Pu’ukeahiakahoe Mountain in Hawaii. There are 3922 steps to the top, where visitors can enjoy an unrivalled view of the island. The trail itself is off-limits to the public and has been closed since 1980, but that doesn’t stop many tourists and adventurers from following its steps to take in the breathtaking views from above.
